2. What this website does

This is a single static page. It sets no cookies, has no forms, no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from third parties: no external fonts, scripts, images or embeds. Everything you see is delivered from this server.

3. Server log files

Each time a page is requested, the web server records the request in a log file. This is technically necessary to deliver the site. The log contains:

• your IP address,
• date and time of the request,
• the requested address (URL) and HTTP status,
• the amount of data sent,
• the referring page, if your browser sends it, and
• your browser’s user-agent string.

Purpose and legal basis: operating the site securely and stably, and detecting misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). The logs are not combined with other data and are not used to identify you.

Retention: log files are rotated daily and deleted automatically after about two weeks.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you write to me, I process your e-mail address and the content of your message to answer you. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering enquiries) or, if your message concerns a contract, Art. 6(1)(b). I delete the correspondence once the matter is settled, unless I am legally required to keep it.

5. Sharing of data

I do not sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties, except where the law requires it. The website is operated on a server run by the controller.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to the e-mail address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.

7. No automated decisions

There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

8. Changes

This notice will be updated when the site changes, for example when features that process personal data are added. The current version is always available at this address.
